Watchmen

I have to say at first i was very skeptical that this movie was going to be any good. The first preview i saw made me think it was shallow and cheap. I had no idea what the comic was about or what the movie was about; all i knew is that it looked severely diminished compared to X-men and Batman. I was WRONG. It was the single greatest theater experience I have ever had. The characters were just normal people doing extraordinary things, except for Manhattan of course. The personal conflicts they have are incredible and there is no fine line between hero and villain. Also the soundtrack was perfect.
